I trapped him and took him to People for Animals to be neutered.  He was full of ticks and infected bites and scratches.  And he was mean.!  He would "slap" the dish of food out of my hand if I took too long to set in down in front of him. 

A real "poster boy" for reasons to neuter cats!

Recently, he has become very much calmer. 
He LOVES to get his head scratched. 
Maybe by the winter of 2010 he'll be ready to come indoors!
